Deaf Ministry
Our heart is to minister to the spiritual needs of the deaf community. In order to facilitate communication for the deaf population within the context of our congregational life, we offer the following opportunities:
- Sign language interpretation for the 11 a.m. Sunday morning service
- Sign language interpretation and captions for Children's Church
- Interpretation for various events and activities upon request
- Periodic training in sign language for both adults and children
Our Children's Pastor has skills in signing, which she incorporates into her weekly ministry. Many of the hearing children who attend LifeStream are learning an increasing number of basic signs.
